ATTITUDE FOR LEARNING FROM OTHERS

Learning is naturally difficult. And to learn from others is even worse. Many things may work for and against one’s opportunity to learn from others.

Critical amongst them is PRIDE – the sense of “knowing it all”, the demonstrated lack of respect for the views of others and exhibited pomposity.

With PRIDE, one destroys the opportunity to learn and makes a mess of him/herself.

Instead of it, develop the sense of SERVICE – to be available, to participate and to work with others and on every doable task.

Others have developed competencies in your desired field of work. Activate the right attitude and learn from them.
