We are always told that “ego and pride” destroys great men – big people. That, it blocks their appreciation of different perspectives and drives them down on their “self claimed” know-how.

But, kid you not, “ego and pride” prevents “small” people from going up too. It burdens one’s progress and limits the opportunities to develop. With its full display, one is deprived of the collaboration and partnership of others – you become isolated, frustrated and without hope.

So, if you think “ego and pride” works only downwards – by bringing people down then think again. It’s worse form is to inhibit progress and upward development.

Kill it if you can or look yourself up in a mirror and display it to only yourself not others.
