Predominately, we are all working to resolve personal or family problems first. So, our sacrifices are usually intended for personal benefits.
However, to work hard and sacrifice for the resolution of your problems doesn’t mean working alone.
A shared problem we are told is half resolved.
Team work is the greatest means of sharing the burden of work. Working alone is great but working together is amazing – as you will have varying expertise, skills and experiences.
Don’t fight alone. Others have in abundance knowledge that can help you win without lifting your arms.
Count on people, sacrifice with them.

Teamwork is overrated. We do not lean on different expertise. We work for personal benefits even within teams. But we need to be conscious about team building.
