WANT TO BE REMEMBERED? YOU’VE GOT TO BE “REALLY GOOD” OR “REALLY BAD” AT WHAT YOU DO

Adverts (now in many media forms) are used to influence customer recalls in respect of products or services. The attempts at being top of mind could lead to immediate sales benefits or brand referrals (just because someone remembered that brand exists
for that specific purpose).

However, the adverts we all remember now or growing up are the ones that are/were “really good” or “really bad”.

The investments into making those adverts to produce the type of outcomes on people are for one reason – make them lasting and memorable – good or bad.

So as you invest daily into your life and work, you must have the impact you expect on others (society) in mind. Know that you can only be remembered either by being really good at what you do or bad at your game.

Make sure your advert (what you do) be not just one of them (that you wanted to just be a human being – just another advert). Aim to be different. Aspire to be exceptional.

And if you want to be remembered and honored forever then your adverts must be really good ads or worse ones.

Keep moving. Be different.
