Yes, that may not have been an accomplishment you desire. But, there is a lesson from that to share.
Nothing we say “is new except reinvented or discovery”.
So, as you work and takes the lead, leave red flags as signposts to guide others coming up the road. You don’t have to get to your destination before doing that.
